2. Eligibility and Registration

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address, mobile number, WhatsApp number, and other information provided during registration are correct.

Registration or access to a program may be confirmed only after successful completion of the applicable registration and payment process.

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider.

Depending on availability, payment methods may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, or other payment methods supported by the payment provider.

A registration will generally be considered confirmed after successful payment and confirmation from Sanyoga Wellness.

5. Failed or Incomplete Payments

If a payment fails but an amount is debited from your account, the transaction may be automatically reversed by your bank or payment service provider according to their applicable processing timelines.

If you experience a payment-related issue, please contact us with your name, registered mobile number, payment date, amount paid, and transaction or payment reference number.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in verifying the transaction.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
