Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Sanyoga Wellness for classes, workshops, programs, courses, memberships, or other services are final and non-refundable.

Once a registration has been completed and payment has been successfully received, no refund will be provided, including in situations where the participant:

• Changes their mind after registration
• Is unable to attend a class, workshop, or session
• Misses one or more scheduled sessions
• Does not participate after registration
• Has personal scheduling conflicts
• Decides to discontinue the program
• Does not use the program or services after purchasing them

We encourage customers to carefully review the program details, schedule, duration, and other relevant information before completing payment.

2. Cancellation by the Participant

Participants may choose not to attend or continue a program after registering. However, cancelling or discontinuing participation does not make the payment eligible for a refund.

Unless specifically communicated otherwise for a particular program, registrations cannot be transferred to another person or another program.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Sanyoga Wellness

Sanyoga Wellness may occasionally need to reschedule a class, workshop, or session because of operational requirements, instructor availability, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In such cases, we may provide an alternative date, time, session, or other reasonable arrangement.

A rescheduled session does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

If Sanyoga Wellness permanently cancels a paid program and is unable to provide the purchased service or a reasonable alternative, we will contact affected participants regarding the appropriate resolution.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same registration or transaction, please contact us.

After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but an amount is deducted from your bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment method, the amount may be automatically reversed by the bank or payment service provider according to their applicable processing timelines.

Such reversals are related to failed payment transactions and are not considered refunds for a successfully purchased Sanyoga Wellness program.

If the amount is deducted and you do not receive payment or registration confirmation, please contact us with the transaction details so that we can verify the payment status.

6. Refund Processing in Exceptional Cases

Where a refund is approved because of a verified duplicate payment, permanent cancellation by Sanyoga Wellness without an alternative, or another exceptional transaction-related circumstance, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method.

The time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card network, UPI provider, or other financial institution involved.

7. Payment Gateway

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider.

Payment processing and banking timelines may also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and procedures.

8. Acceptance of This Policy

By completing a payment or registration with Sanyoga Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy, including our no-refund policy for successfully purchased programs and services.
